This is Odyssey is owned and operated by Electric Foxes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09809269 and registered office at 36a Alexandra Road, London N8 0PP. Electric Foxes Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here.

- The newsletter
If you sign up to the newsletter or to event reminders, we keep your email address and a note of which form you used. We use it to send you the newsletter and nothing else. We rely on your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Sign-ups reach us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and we keep the list ourselves.
- Enquiries
If you use the enquiry form, we keep your name, your email address and your message so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us. We only add you to the newsletter if you tick the box asking us to.
Enquiries are sent to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
- Cookies and analytics
We would like to use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. It sets cookies, so nothing from Google Analytics loads unless you press Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
Your cookie choice, and your progress through any checklist in an article, are saved in your own browser. They are not sent to us.
- Services we use
The site is hosted by Vercel, and its text and pictures are served by Sanity. Like any website, their servers receive your IP address and browser details when you load a page. Films play from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and event tickets are sold by Eventbrite; both have their own privacy notices.
Some of these companies process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards UK data protection law allows.
- How long we keep it
We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of our work with you. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers named on this page.
- Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@thisisodyssey.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this notice when what we do changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
